The simple way is to download a copy of your Facebook data. For this there are only 3 simple steps to follow:
1. Press the down arrow in the top right window next to the word 'Home' and select 'Account Settings'.
2. Then on the 'Account Settings' page , select the option at the bottom of all the list of settings. There you will see: "Download a copy of your Facebook data".
3. Select 'Start my archive'.
